Takito TT Vintage Takito Japan Lusterware Duck Creamer Sugar Bowl Set Kookaburra Big Mouth

This listing is for a highly collectible, authentic vintage Japanese lusterware cream and sugar set manufactured by the renowned Takito Company (TT) during the Art Deco era. This whimsical, anthropomorphic set is designed in the popular Big Mouth Bird style, closely resembling a kookaburra or kingfisher. It features a stunning iridescent pearlescent blue and gray glaze, detailed brown wings with raised gold accents, and vibrant hand-painted orange accents. The two-piece set includes: * One individual creamer pitcher with an open-beak pour spout and a continuous side handle. * One lidded sugar bowl with a matching lid that functions as the top of the bird's head. Both pieces bear the official Takito Company double-T within a double diamond logo stamped on the underside, verifying their provenance as authentic pre-war Japanese ceramic exports. This set makes an exceptional addition to any collection of novelty teaware, lusterware porcelain, or Art Deco kitchen decor.
