Jupiter Marching Horn

Sound output confirmed.
Sold as is due to unknown condition.
No claims, no returns.
All pistons move smoothly.
Only the 2nd slide管 does not move.
Everything else works properly.
Noticeable dents around the bell.
I am not a horn player, so I apologize if I cannot answer your questions.
The pitch is not very good.
