The Unbranded Brand Antique Terracotta 3D Window Wall Plaque Woman Having Tea Coffee

For your consideration this beautifully hand painted antique terracotta 3D Window Wall Plaque featuring a woman wrapped in a tartan shaw, polka dotted babushka on her head drinking a cup of something. The facial details are amazing, teeth are visible. This piece looks very German to me, but I cannot be certain. The back is marked JM 4263. Measures: 14 tall x 10 wide x 3.5 deep
