Trum Cor Geshstop Mute

US Size:

This is a Trumcor stop mute for French horn. It has some dirt from age, but it was used carefully and has no dents, including on the parts. The original price was ¥38,500.

It was very useful for playing the 2nd and 4th horn parts in the 4th movement of Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 6, Pathétique, in passages requiring stopped notes and loud playing. The interchangeable bell flares were also helpful for adjustments.

This is a Trumcor stopped mute for French horn, made by a company that has been manufacturing mutes for brass instruments for over 20 years.
It comes with three types of interchangeable bell flares at the tip, allowing you to switch them out to your preference.

Material: Brass
Country of Manufacture: Made in USA
Accessories: 2 replacement bells (3 types in total)

We are open to slight price reductions for those who will take good care of it, so please feel free to discuss.
