Vintage Corning Ware Summer Blush Pansy 1 Qt Casserole Glass Lid 1990s Floral
This is the Corning Ware Summer Blush 1-Quart Casserole, pattern code A-1-B, marked CORNING WARE • MADE IN USA under the tab handle and A-1-B / 1 L / U.S.A. under the other. Summer Blush was only produced from 1996 to 1998, which makes it one of the shorter runs in Corning's floral history. The pansies — pink, gold, and cornflower blue with soft green leaves — wrap the front and back in that airbrushed, hand-painted look, and they've stayed bright. ✦ The Details • Corning Ware — Summer Blush pansy pattern • Circa 1996–1998 (short production run) • Made in U.S.A. • Marked A-1-B, 1 L, U.S.A. under the handle • 1 quart / 1 liter — approximately 6.5 square, 8 across including tab handles, about 2.5 deep (roughly 4.5 tall with the lid on) • White Pyroceram glass-ceramic with clear glass domed lid and knob • Glossy, bright white glaze — pattern is crisp with no fading or wear • No chips or cracks; light surface marks consistent with gentle use
