This is a rare, limited production mouthpiece from Stork.
It has a U-cup that is not too deep, but the bore diameter is quite wide, making it an unusual combination.
Because it's not too deep, you'll feel resistance close by, but the wide air passage allows for a lot of air to be blown through.

I bought it thinking it might be good since I usually use a large mouthpiece, but it didn't suit me, so I'm selling it.
