Kruspe Full Double French Horn, Silver-Plated
★ Please be advised that there have been reports of the same photos and descriptions being used on other sites to sell this item at a lower price. This product is exclusively listed on Mercari. Thank you for your understanding.
This is a Kruspe (Ed. Kruspe) B♭/F full double horn.
I am selling it as part of decluttering my horn collection.
I purchased this used, unlacquered horn from Nero Gakki in 2019. Last year, it underwent an overhaul and a full silver plating process.
As a result, it is in excellent condition with no major dents or plating peeling.
It is believed to have been manufactured in the 1980s.
Although it is a Hohner model, it is a very rare model that was equipped with a B♭ slide to compete with the Alexander 103.
It produces a gentle, enveloping Kruspe sound. The silver plating allows for sharp fortes and softer pianos.
My teacher commented that it has a straightforward response and is easy to play in tune.
*There is a reinforcement ring on the inside of the bell. It is not visible from the outside and does not affect the playing feel. Please refer to the photos.
*There is a slight, shallow dent-like distortion on the bell. It is a minor dent that can be repaired by a musical instrument shop. Please refer to the photos for this as well.
*This is a horn that is easy to blow into and has excellent intonation, but we do not accept trials or returns. The price reflects this consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
*It will be shipped in its original Kruspe hard case.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like additional photos. Thank you.
