Swimming fins, one defective, SS size

I used these for swimming, but the heel of one shoe has torn.
Would these be suitable for someone who needs just one, or for someone who can repair them?
The name written on them has faded with nail polish remover, but hasn't completely disappeared.
Please consider purchasing if you understand this.
