Hylar Enterprises Trivet Hot Plate made from Lucite & Abalone harvested by shell divers in Pacific

Wanted by many, Abalone shells are iridescent and colorful. A symbol of Life and Good Luck, they are consumed by the Chinese at the rate of 75% of all caught. They are close to extinction and not farmed inside Californias Golden Gate Bridge Bay area. This vintage Trivit is beautiful and unique for your use as a hotplate.
