Reinhold Schlegelmilch Bowl Porcelain RS Prussia Germany Red Mark Mold 96 Rose Lilac Purple Antique

R.S. Prussia Mold 96 Own a piece of industrial history from the Reinhold Schlegelmilch factory in Suhl, Germany (Circa 1900-1910). This factory, converted from a disused iron ore refinery, became a leader in European porcelain through a fierce competition that birthed the blown-out relief designs seen here. Visual Highlights: The Pattern: Stunning Snowballs and Pink Roses center accented by sophisticated shadow leaves and vibrant lilac-purple flashes at the rim. Authenticity: Clearly stamped with the authentic Red Wreath Mark. It is exceptionally lightweight (~1.5 lbs) and has passed the professional shadow test for translucency, casting distinct shadows through its delicate walls. The Mold: Ornate Mold 96 with a 12-point scalloped edge and teal blue-green highlights. Condition: Good antique condition. The floral lithographs and hand-painted gold accents are beautifully preserved. Note: There is a single chip on the bottom foot rim (base). This is entirely invisible when the bowl is displayed or sitting flat and does not affect the structural integrity or Art Nouveau silhouette. Dimensions: 11 Diameter x 3 Height. Shipping: Double-boxed for maximum security.
