Kentucky Blue Grass State Vintage 1980s Kentucky Bluegrass State Horse Souvenir Plate

A vintage 1980s Kentucky “The Bluegrass State” souvenir plate featuring a handsome chestnut Thoroughbred-type horse against soft autumn foliage. The gently scalloped edge is finished with a feathered gilt border that gives the rim a painterly look. An attractive display piece for Kentucky collectors, equestrian décor, horse racing enthusiasts, or state souvenir collections. Unmarked aside from the red transfer number “2T-2312” on the back, likely Japanese manufacture. Ready to display on a plate stand or wall hanger. Size: Approximately 8 inches in diameter. Condition: Very good vintage condition. Light, occasional surface scuffing to the central transfer from age and display, along with minor wear to the gilt consistent with vintage use. No chips or cracks noted. NPK(psh,wn)-
