There are some whitish areas. Please check the photos.

A remote control is included, but it has not been tested for operation, possibly due to low battery.
Operation is possible via the panel on the main unit.

For shipping, the main unit will not fit in the outer box if wrapped in bubble wrap. Therefore, the outer box will be wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a plastic bag, and then a shipping label will be attached for anonymous delivery.
