This is a Montbell Samue (workwear).
Size: Both top and bottom are L.
Color: Navy.

The top has one pocket, and the pants have two on the sides and one in the back.
The set cost around 23,000 yen.

The size was too large for me, so I've barely worn it and it's in beautiful condition.
