It includes the yukata, obi, and geta (wooden sandals) - a 3-piece set.
It has been used about twice and was stored in a dark place after dry cleaning.

I believe it can still be worn beautifully, but as it is stored and inspected by an amateur, there may be minor stains or scratches.
