Buffet Crampon Bass Clarinet Mouthpiece

This is a bass clarinet mouthpiece made by Buffet Crampon. The logo is faded and difficult to see.
It came with the instrument when I bought it over 20 years ago. It has been used for many years and is severely deteriorated, with chips on the mouthpiece. It is still playable.
Ligature is not included.
This is a used item, so please only purchase if you are not concerned about its condition.
