【Beautiful Condition, No Cracks】Yamaha Clarinet YCL-451 Wooden Vandoren 5RV

This is a Yamaha B♭ clarinet, model YCL-451.
This is a professional model from the Nippon Gakki era, manufactured in the 1980s.
The body is made of high-grade natural wood (grenadilla) and is reputed to be more carefully crafted than the current 450 series.

[Product Condition]
● Body: While not professionally inspected, there are no visible cracks or splits in the wood. It is in very good condition for its age.
● Keys: Slight oxidation (tarnish) characteristic of silver plating is visible, but there are no breaks or plating peeling. If concerned, polishing with a silver cloth will restore its shine.
● Pads: No tears. As this has been stored for a long time, we recommend having it adjusted at a musical instrument store before serious playing, but all key operations are currently smooth.

[Luxurious Accessories]
Comes with a standard high-quality mouthpiece, making this a very good value set.
● Mouthpiece: Vandoren 5RV (a popular standard model)
● Ligature & Cap: Included
● Case: Genuine hard case + case bag
● Other: Several reeds, cork grease, and 2 original cleaning swabs from the era (cleaning cloths) are included.
*Please consider the swabs as bonus items or for reference only, as they may have stains due to age.

[Shipping]
As this is a precision instrument, it will be carefully shipped in a cardboard box with cushioning material protecting the inside of the case.

A YCL-451 in good condition without cracks is becoming rare.
It is ideal for beginners practicing or as a secondary instrument.

We hope to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
Thank you for your consideration.
