This is a plug-in electric heater that a family member used in the changing room during winter. Due to moving, there was no opportunity to use it, so it was stored in a dark place for about a year and a half.
It is compact and convenient to carry. There was a loose outlet, so it seems it was secured with tape. The heater opening gets hot, so please do not touch it for 2-3 minutes after turning off the power. Use is not recommended for households with children.
