Soleil Grace Vintage DOWA NY WOMEN'S Black Star HAT SOLEIL GLACE ITALY VELVET FAUX FUR 22.5

This is used and in very good condition it is marked 22.5 Dowa NY. This has a black star on the top that the corners are peeling up. This is about 11 inches side to side and about 10 inches front to back. There is some type of wire running through the brim to help shape/form the outer band. This is made so that one side either the front or back is larger than the other side(I'm not sure how it is worn). See pictures
