Chinese Police Raincoat

This is a fluorescent yellow rain coat. I believe I purchased it over 10 years ago at an auction.
I recall it being a Chinese police rain coat.

It came with pants, but the pants were a plain black and easy to use, so I ended up using them.
I think the silver and blue reflective stripes around the waist are unusual.

The zipper is not a waterproof type, so while its performance might not be top-notch, based on the feel of the same fabric as the pants, it should be perfectly fine for light rain.

The hood is detachable.
The storage bag is cute.
