This is a popular DeLonghi Dragon Digital Smart oil heater.
This model features a low surface temperature design, making it safe for homes with small children and pets. Unlike air conditioners, it does not dry out the air and does not blow air, so dust does not get stirred up. Purchased in November 2013. I bought it after my child was born, but it was only used for one season and then stored in the closet, so I believe it has minimal signs of use.
