Joe breckenridge Hand painted wood cabin scene (Joe Breckenridge) possibly wall decor

While doing research, I found out that a Joe Breckenbridge did these type of paintings. I definitely live in the right area so it could very well possibly be from him. I live 30 miles from Coeur d’Alene beautiful painting on a solid piece of wood that has been hand-painted I do not see signature on the top. Looks like is marked LN 75 not sure what that means but it’s very beautifully done. See all photos for condition.
