When a battery is inserted, the device powers on, makes a Teeeeee sound, and the screen displays as shown in Photo 1.
After pressing the ACL button, the sound stops, and the display changes to the state shown in Photo 2.
After a while longer, it automatically switches to the display shown in Photo 3.
I am unable to determine if this is normal operation or a malfunction, so I am listing it as-is and with unconfirmed operation.
Please consider this item for repair/adjustment or parts harvesting, and only purchase if you understand the condition.
Additionally, the battery cover is damaged, and the affected area is marked in the photos.
