Chaco Chaco Black Flip Flops with Olive Straps

Classic Chaco flip flops with textured black footbeds. Olive woven straps for secure fit. Simple, durable design for everyday wear. I have no idea if these are men’s or ladies and what the size 9 means. I am a lady and I wear a five and these fit me perfectly.
