Since there is no instruction manual, I will describe the method I figured out by trial and error.
Let's call the button at 10 o'clock A.
Let's call the button at 8 o'clock B.
Let's call the button at 4 o'clock C.
The button at 9 o'clock is for the light.

Mode Change: Press button A to cycle through Time -> Alarm -> Stopwatch -> Date.
Setting the Time: Set to Time mode and press and hold button B.
