Compass with Straight Line Guide and 360-Degree Scale

Compass with 360-degree scale and straight guideline.

This is a new item. I bought a few at my regular mountain gear shop.
It's almost unused, but has been stored as a personal item.

* The inside (or outside) rotates, though it's a bit hard to tell. (See photos 2-3)

* Measurements are approximate as I'm an amateur: diameter approx. 5cm, weight approx. 10g.

* I forget the manufacturer, but it's Japanese made?! (See photo 6)

*I can't seem to find this type of compass when I search. Is it a rare item? (This is based on amateur searching...)*

Please review and acknowledge before purchasing.
