Handmade Absolutely adorable handmade dish towel dress

This adorable little dress has a red and white plaid dish towel skirt with black ribbon waist and black and white check top with short sleeves and a very entailed neckline and 3 red heart buttons. The lining of the top is black polka dots on white. The towel is held on to handle by pressing together the Velcro at waist. Too Cute!
