This is believed to be a cap from Wailea, Maui, Hawaii.

It was unused and stored at home by a family member who enjoys golf.
It's quite old, from the Showa or Heisei era.
As it is an old item, it may not be in perfect condition.
There were some loose threads on the inside forehead area, from the folded part.
I don't think they will be visible when worn.
It's unclear if this was part of the original design or if the adhesive has come undone.
