The magnetic closure on the tape prevents the bell from ringing. (See 3rd photo)
You can use buses and trains without worry while it's attached. (It was convenient)
The carabiner has a non-rotating design.
Purchased last year and used 3 times on day hikes. There are some minor scratches.
This is a sturdy bell from Montbell.
I have other bells, so I'd like someone else to use this one.
