Empoli Empoli Brutalist Amber Art Glass Decanter Geometric Bottle Italy MCM

A striking vintage Empoli Italian art glass decanter featuring the bold geometric relief pattern collectors often describe as Brutalist or architectural in design. Complete with its original textured cube stopper, this sculptural piece is an exceptional example of the distinctive Italian art glass produced in Empoli during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Good vintage condition with one small chip to the inside rim of the bottle opening, shown in the photographs. The chip is concealed when the stopper is in place and does not detract from display. The original textured cube stopper is included and fitted with a replacement silicone bung for a secure fit. No cracks or additional chips were found. We carefully select every item and believe in transparency. In the case of vintage or pre-owned items, we don't always know their full history, but we have high standards and won't list or sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. All items come from a smoke-free home.
