Monos Monos Vegan Leather Metro Tote in Saddle Tan

NWT! This is the monos tote in saddle Tan Monos somehow charged me twice for the same order and also sent me two packages which include this tote, an ivory wallet, and an ivory jewelry case. I now have double of everything! I can’t return them without being charged $100. I certainly don’t need two of everything so I’m trying to just get my money back for their mistake. These have never been used. The box they sent it in was slightly damaged (only the box was damaged, not the products) so I will ship it in a new box, but everything is brand new and never touched.
