Harrison Tenor Saxophone Ligature Gold Plated?

Purchased about 4 years ago and used for about 1 year before being stored at home. I am listing it as I do not anticipate using it again.

The main body is not warped, but there are minor signs of use such as scuffs and scratches.
Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
I believe the surface finish is gold plating, but my memory is not entirely clear, so please understand this as well before purchasing.
