Soo-jin, the daughter of a construction company president, is a carefree heiress. She has a fateful encounter with Cheol-su, an aspiring architect, at a convenience store, and the two quickly fall in love. Unlike Soo-jin, who was raised surrounded by a warm family, Cheol-su has lived a lonely life, but he decides to marry Soo-jin due to her devoted love. The two happily begin their married life. Cheol-su also passes his architect exam, and they are filled with happiness. However, from a certain point on, Soo-jin begins to suffer from severe memory loss, even forgetting the way to her own home. At the hospital, Soo-jin is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease...
