Hoppl House Playhouse

Hoppl House
Set includes frame and fabric.

We can also include the genuine firm cotton mattress,
but shipping costs will be higher, so it will be an additional 2000 yen.
Please let us know in the comments if you need it.

Used for approximately 2 years.
No missing parts.
It will be disassembled for shipping, but it should be easy to reassemble with the included instruction manual and hex wrench.

◯ Frame Condition
- Sun fading on the roof frame.
It's faded in the shape of the fabric, so it should be less noticeable when the fabric is attached.
- Stickers were applied, and although they have all been removed, some stickiness may remain in places.
- There are no noticeable scratches on the visible parts, but there are scratches on the back (the part that contacts the floor) (this part will not be visible once assembled).

◯ Fabric Condition
- There are stains in several places. I don't think there are any large, noticeable stains.
(In addition to those shown in the photos, there are multiple small stains.)
- No shrinkage.
- Washed, but please forgive any household dust that may have adhered.

◯ Firm Cotton Mattress Condition (Genuine Hoppl product, fits perfectly in the house frame)
- Cover has been removed and washed.
- There is a large stain on the side of the mattress cover that could not be removed by washing, but since it's on the side, it will be almost invisible once installed inside the house. The cover is removable, so you might consider replacing it with a custom-made one (it seems they don't sell just the cover).
*As mentioned earlier, this will be an additional 2000 yen if you wish to include it.

◯ Instruction manual and hex wrench included.
