Manfrotto Pan Bar Handle

This is the pan bar that comes with the Manfrotto N8.
The pan bar was never attached, and only the main head was used.
It is unused and has no scratches or scuffs, but it is a product stored in a home environment.
We await purchases from those who understand this.
