[Story]
25 years ago. Junpei Shiranami (Masanari Wada), who was critically injured in an accident and taken to the scientific research organization Noah, miraculously recovered after having the regenerative cells of Giff, a powerful entity, transplanted into his heart by Masumi Karisaki (Kensuke Takahashi). After the surgery, Junpei became compatible with the Vail Driver and became the strongest Devil Hunter, Kamen Rider Vail.
