Alessi Alessi Spice Grinders in Aluminum and Black (Set of 2)

Grind Spice, Salt, and Pepper Grinders by Alessi, designed by Wiliam Alsop and Federico Grazzini and produced in 2017. Retail for $500. Designed to stand as aesthetic centerpieces during a meal and to have a heavy handweight—just over 1 pound each when empty. Both have an elegant fluted design. The silver mill is housed in a cast aluminum with subtle existing patina that will develop nicely with age and is an intended part of the design. The black mill is housed in cast aluminum with a black soft-touch coating. Both have food-safe nylon interiors. Both mills feature Crushgrind 25 adjustable and wear-resistant ceramic grinders. Turn the wheel clockwise for a finer grind, counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. Easy opening and closing to fill with spices. Used but like-new condition, the patina on the aluminum casing is the main clue that these have been pre-owned.
