Canoe with storage bag

This is a canoe. It comes with a storage bag. The canoe fabric appears to be free of tears. The storage bag has dirt and tears. The head of one screw is broken and needs to be replaced (see image 16). I am not knowledgeable about canoes and cannot assemble it, so I cannot answer questions. Please check the images and purchase accordingly.
Overall length (canoe fabric size) approximately 350 cm.
