DIY Boat Bottom Sheet for 24ft

This is a custom-made bottom sheet for a 24-foot boat.
I made it myself with long-term use in mind, as commercially available products do not allow for sheet replacement. I had planned to replace the sheet approximately every two years.

Date of creation: March 2025. Used for approximately 1 year.
Width: Approximately 2.4m
Length: Approximately 7m
Pipe diameter: 114mm
Pipe thickness: 6.6mm
This is the thickest pipe available for purchase.
The sheet is made by folding a 2700mm wide sheet in two, making it very durable.

*Because I chose long-lasting materials, the material cost alone was ¥180,000, making it more expensive than commercially available products.

It is currently in use on a boat moored where you can see the seafood restaurant KUTTA in Kisarazu.

I selected Pack and Ship Mercari as the shipping method because there was no other applicable option, so please disregard it.

Since it cannot be disassembled for transport, it can be towed by sea or landed from a nearby fishing port.

I am selling this because I am considering buying a new boat.
