Antique Japan 16” Bisque Head Morimura Brothers Porcelain Baby Doll 1920s Condition: The head is in beautiful condition. However she may have been given a haircut at some point, and both hands are damaged and discolored (see photos). She is wearing her original clothing, but it has several flaws. The flannel underskirt is good overall with one tear (about 1). The main dress has some stains on front. The delicate little capelet and hat are severely damaged. I would describe the capelet as tattered. Features: The neck is fully articulated - it can even turn to the back. The eye are also articulated, though they do not close all the way. The arms and legs are articulated at the shoulders and hips, but not at the elbows and knees. The family of the original owner included a note about the lady who owned the doll.
