Sylvanian Families House Set

Sylvanian Families large house set, includes furniture and character dolls. This is a used item.
I didn't fully understand how to assemble it or its value, so
I'm offering the dolls as a set as well.
There are stickers applied, but it will be shipped as-is.
*I assembled it randomly for the photo, so it may not be in its original house shape.
