This hat is simple gorgeous! And I'm wonderful conditiom. I believe this is 40's/50's. The hat is navy blue velvet, with different blue satin trim ribbons. There is a velvet bow on the side with a rhinestone brooch, the inner hat has elastic and velvet covered wiring to hold it onto the head, and it does hold well. The label says DuBarry French adaptations Paris New York. The shape of the hat is round so it goes around your head nicely. It really doesn't look like it was worn much at all.
