【New】Inden-ya Black Base x Black Lacquer Kinchaku Bag, No Gusset, Wave Scale Pattern, Made of Deer Leather, Lacquer, and Silk
Chic Black and Black Lacquer Inden-ya Gassai Bag
My husband bought this, but he already has another one he prefers and doesn't plan to use this, so I'm listing it for sale. ^_^
[Product Description]
A luxurious Shingen bag (Gassai bag, Kinchaku bag) that complements both Japanese and Western attire.
* Color: Black deer leather with black lacquer. The black dots are raised and plump. The rich, soft texture of the deer leather and the dignity of the lacquered pattern create an incomparable atmosphere.
* Pattern: Wave Scale. This pattern is formed by overlapping triangles representing fish scales, alternating between the base and the pattern. It has been used since ancient times on the battle surcoats and attire of samurai. Originally symbolizing protection through scales, it later came to signify warding off evil.
* Materials:
Main body: Deer leather, Lacquer
Strap: Pure silk
Includes an inner pocket with a zipper.
Inden, where patterns are applied to deer leather with lacquer, is a deer leather craft with over 400 years of tradition, which once adorned the armor of samurai warriors. The strap is made of pure silk.
* Approximate Flat Measurements:
Width: 18.5 cm
Height: 26 cm
Please note that these are amateur measurements, so slight errors may occur.
*This is an unused item, but it has been stored at home. We kindly ask for your understanding before purchasing.*
Thank you for looking! ^_^
