This is a whistle case that can be attached to the side of a randoseru (Japanese school backpack).
It was not used due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which meant there were no whistle lessons.
It is new and unused, but due to home storage, the attached paper has been torn by the metal fittings, and there is a small dirty spot on a part of the bag's opening.
The main body is in clean condition.
Please check the condition in the photos and consider purchasing after your understanding and agreement.
Sold individually or at a reduced price is not possible.
