Rigger Trailer with documents

I will not be using this in the future, so I would like to pass it on to someone who needs it.
The aluminum frame was stored outdoors, but the hubs and tires were stored in a warehouse. I can only confirm the condition from the outside, but since it has been stored for many years, I cannot guarantee there will be no problems during use. Therefore, I ask for purchases from those who understand this. By the way, I turned the hubs by hand and they rotated smoothly with no abnormal noises.
