【Junk Item】MotorGuide Old Tour 24V

I purchased this item as-is from an auction, but when I manually turn the propeller, I hear a grinding sound from the motor at a certain point, so I am listing it as a junk item.

Operation has not been confirmed. There is an abnormal noise, but the switch, speed-up function, etc., operate normally.

There are very few external scratches, and it is in beautiful condition, so please consider it if you are able to repair it.
