Seigo Sendaihira Plain Hakama for Horseback Riding (Shimai Hakama) - Asagi Blue, Seiko Sendai-hira Weave

I purchased this item on Mercari last month for 21,000 yen. As the original listing stated, it has a lot of overall soiling. I considered sending it to a professional cleaner, but ran out of time. As a result, I haven't had a chance to wear it. Therefore, I am putting it up for sale again.

The price reflects the cost of potential cleaning.

Regarding the item:
*   One pleat is closed.
*   There is no inscription on the koshi-ita (waistboard).
*   The color is a more vivid light blue than in the photos? The second photo is the closest representation of the color.
*   It is a plain umanori hakama (shimai hakama).

Front string length is approximately 90cm (please allow for some error).
This is a very high-quality Sendai-hira with the signature of Living National Treasure, Sueo Koda, but unfortunately, it has a lot of soiling.
