DVD Out of Print! Chase the Serial Killer of 52 People! "The Russian Serial Killer/Chikatilo" VHS

Thank you for looking!
This is a suspense drama depicting the obsession of an investigator who pursued Andrei Chikatilo, a real Soviet serial killer who murdered at least 52 children between 1978 and 1990.
It was produced as a TV movie in the United States in 1995 and released in theaters in Japan the following year, 1996.
Heavyweight cast members Stephen Rea, Donald Sutherland, and Max von Sydow deliver passionate performances.

There are no noticeable scratches on the jacket or elsewhere, and although there were some parts where the tape had slight noise, playback has been confirmed for the entire film.

The DVD is out of print and is traded at a very high price. How about this still affordable videotape?
