Plarail Track Set and Vehicle

This is a set of items shown in the first and second images.
There are quite a lot of them.
My child no longer plays with them, so I want to sell them as a set.
The vehicles are Thomas's Percy (motorized) and a freight car.
I am not sure if all the rails and scenery parts are included.
