Premium Haori Loop for Kimono

I found this at my parents' house. The box is dirty from being stored for many years, but the haori loop is clean. It appears it was never used and was kept in a chest of drawers. I'm not interested in kimono and won't use it, so I'm offering it at a low price to someone who needs it. Please purchase only if you understand the item's condition.
