Plarail Disney Dream Railway Pooh Honey Cargo Locomotive

This is the Disney Dream Railway Winnie the Pooh Honey Cargo Locomotive from Plarail.

It did not move even when batteries were inserted.
I suspect it's either a motor malfunction or poor battery contact.
There is no battery leakage.
It can be played with by pushing it by hand without any issues, but it will likely require repair to run.

This item has been used by a child, so it has scratches, scuffs, paint peeling, dirt, etc. Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item.

The instruction manual is a cutout from the back of the outer box.
You may not need it, but if you do, please let me know and I will fold it and send it to you.
